Anita Briem is an Icelandic actress from Iceland . Her most well-known role is that in the role of Jane Seymour , the young woman who is destined to be queen of the third marriage to King Henry VIII in the series of television The Tudors and for her role as Hannah in the movie Journey to the Center of the Earth ( 2008 ) . Briem began her acting journey at age 9 at the National Theater in Iceland. When she was in her home country Iceland she worked on TV, radio and different programs while a young actress. She began her career in the world of television as an infant artist in the Disney Channel India show Ishaan. Her debut came on Shuja's Baat bann gayi.
